At Moving Brands, we were approached by an internal innovation team at Swisscom to support their vision of simplifying and enhancing the way customers communicate, in a streamlined, integrated app. The ambition was to set a benchmark for the industry.
The initial scope was broad; rather than concentrating on one-upping pre-existing apps the focus instead was on how people might engage with phones and tablets if the fixed landline was to become a thing of the past. A series of video prototypes helped to tell a story to the wider teams before actual development took place.
